My life has spanned three destinies. Spanned a couple of revolutions, wars, a couple of marriages, a couple of children and divorce. There was nothing normal about it. I walked the freak road.

First destiny was all about survival and growth. It was filled with many Forest Gump moments, my whole life was. Woodstock. Stonewall. The worship of Bob Dylan's pants.

My childhood was anything but normal, and neither was my mother. I've spent my life talking about my relationship with her, but now I'm going to spill the beans about it in detail. I narrowly survived my first thirty years, and I'll tell you why ... things I never wanted to share before.

I am most famous for my second destiny. That's where I broke loose. I embraced feminism. Lesbianism. I blossomed as a witch and founded the Women's Spirituality Movement that's now circulated globally. And after 300 years, that's the age where I found myself on trial for witchcraft. Guilty!

I have endured criticism for hexing rapist and murderers. I'll explain my motivations, tell you the behind the scenes stories. My hexes worked!

My third destiny brought me pain; took me down. I fought back! I found new love and romance. And now, I can reflect on the sum of my life with you dear one ... through Fly by Night, my autobiography.

Dear reader, I've decided to release my autobiography by chapters. To be honest, I'm still writing. It's hard to disclose such personal insights as I'm doing in this book. It's the greatest challenge I've faced as a writer.

I'm digging deep into my past and bringing forward memories. At times it's painful. Sometimes joyous. I weigh how much do I want to reveal about my life. Should I tell it all? Would they still love me?

Publishers have asked me for the opportunity to publish this autobiography, but they only want the details of my life as a witch. The last American Witch Trial. My life has been far more interesting that just that one aspect.

I've lived through wars, revolutions, the 60's liberation, from Hungry to California ... my life has been an amazing journey and a gift from the Goddess.

In the end, I've decide to tell it all. It's a big undertaking and I'm now well into it, but I'm also still writing and that's where you come in dearest reader. I need your encouragement to keep going.

I need to hear from you everytime you read a section. Tell me what you thought. Be honest with me. And if you want to, give me encouragement to keep writing.
